In the event of a candidate being dissatisfied with the course or assessment results, the candidate should first discuss the grievance with the tutor who in turn (if applicable) will discuss the matter with the examiners.
The grievance should hopefully be resolved at this point. If necessary the candidate should be allowed another opportunity to be reassessed.
If the candidate is still unsatisfied they should write to the Chief Executive of the Lifesigns Group who will investigate and respond within twelve days of receipt of their letter. If necessary, they will discuss the matter with the relevant external agency.
